Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Admit, its officers, directors, employees, independent contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your access to or use of any third party web sites, content, products and services.

Termination of Use:

Admit may, at any time, in its sole and unfettered discretion, terminate your access to the Site and any account or accounts you have in connection with the Site and that access to the Site may be monitored by Admit.

Applicable Laws:
